VIBE health ministry is dedicated to the entire family. We will provide resources for promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being across all generations. It will serve as a pillar of support, offering guidance, education, and care tailored to the diverse needs of children, parents, and seniors alike.
We are excited to start our first meeting with an Introduction to Yoga. This class is for all ages and disabilities. Bring your water bottle and mat. Let's have some fun!
